Welcome to the Plenitude Systems blog
A new place to share what we learn building software for Indian businesses, Tamil households, and founders anywhere.
We’re starting a blog.
For most of 2026 we’ve been heads-down shipping — FinNilai for small businesses that outgrew spreadsheets, AgaNool for Tamil households that want their own data on their own device, Nilah POS for restaurants that lose power at the worst time, Varisai for clinics whose queue shouldn’t depend on the internet. Each product taught us something we didn’t know when we started.
This blog is where that learning will live.
What you’ll find here
Three kinds of posts, roughly:
Case studies. How we built things, what the brief looked like at the start, what changed by the end, and what we’d do differently next time. If you’re weighing hiring an outside team vs. building in-house, these are for you.
Practical guides for Indian builders. GST invoicing in 2026 (hint: the e-invoice rules changed again), what Tally actually costs when you add up the plugins, when a Flutter app is right and when it isn’t, how to think about Supabase on an Indian team. The stuff we wish someone had written down when we were figuring it out.
Opinions, carefully. We try not to post hot takes. When we do post an opinion, it’ll be one we’re willing to defend with code we’ve shipped.
Why a blog, in 2026
Because the alternative is LinkedIn and we don’t trust LinkedIn to still own our writing in 2030. Everything here lives in our Git repo, is hosted on our own box, and will outlast whatever platform someone recommends we use next.
Also: our clients find us by searching. If we write something useful and the search finds it, that’s a better first impression than an ad.
Who writes it
Posts come from whoever on the team shipped the thing being written about. If you want to reach out, hello@plenitude.in works.
